OGS are an approved packager/distributor of Ariel Reciprocating Compressors which are Heavy Duty, Horizontal Balanced Opposed machines available as 1, 2, 4 or 6 Crank Throws, in accordance with design codes API 618 (ISO13707) / API 11P(ISO13631).
Rated Frame Powers range from 25 kW to 4,500 kW and discharge Pressures up to 538 Barg.
Machines can be supplied with Direct Drive Gas/Diesel Engines or Electric Motors.
We supply lubricated machines as Standard with 'Oil Free' available as an Option. Materials options are available for 'Acid' and 'Sour' Gases (CO2/H2S).
Each system is tailored to match project and operational demands and overall package scope will typically include inter-stage cooling and scrubbing, piping, instruments and control systems.
Gas Compression Skid
Packaged Compression Systems can be built to suit Onshore, Offshore & Ship Mounted Installations. We can supply combined Compression and Gas Treating Systems for Fuel Gas Boosting.
Packages can be fully-automatic or manually operated with options for continuous health monitoring and remote access diagnostics if required.
Noise attenuation housings can be provided for installations in noise sensitive areas.
