Emergency Shut-Down and Vent Systems
Provision of SIL Rated ESD Systems using pneumatic/spring return or double acting pneumatic actuated ball valves for safe shutdown of the plant in cases of emergency.
Separators
Proprietary vane, multi-cyclone or wire mesh type internals give high efficiency removal of bulk liquids. more...
Filter-Separators
These are proprietary two stage units incorporating first stage cartridge filter elements and second stage vane pack, wire mesh or multi-cyclone mist extractor systems, which offer high efficiency removal of both solids and liquids down. more...
Flow Meters
Turbine meters, ultrasonic meters, orifice meters and vortex meters, with or without pressure/temperature microprocessor correction facilities, allow for measurement of total or individual end user fuel consumption.
Please see our metering and analysis section for more information.
Heaters
Water bath heaters, electric heaters or heat exchanger/boiler systems provide heating of feed gas to ensure product gas is above dew point temperature. more...
Pressure Reducing Valves
Combinations of single stage, multistage, active/monitor, self-acting or pressure controller actuated valves. Regulation of high feed gas pressures to required end user pressure. more...
Condensate Systems
Condensate stabilising and storage facilities for the collection and disposal of liquids separated from the feed gas.
Our Fuel Gas Conditioning packages process gas to ensure it is free of liquids and solids. This is particularly critical in gas turbine applications where severe damage may be caused to the turbine if the gas is not ultra clean and dry. Metered fuel gas is normally required at a steady operating pressure and at a safe margin above dew point.
OGS supply complete modules for the provision of clean, dry, metered gas at the required pressure and temperature from an untreated, unregulated gas source. In most instances the gas to be treated is natural gas from a gas transmission pipeline.
The plants are designed to minimise installation time and costs and to maximise ease of operation.
